I have to tell you that I have been looking, and looking for years for the perfect DVD copy and DVD converter software. I have downloaded ALL kinds of software but they always required too much configuration or were very clunky and didn’t work correctly. When I tried your 1Click Copy DVD I was EXTREMELY impressed and had no problem paying the $70. I then decided to try the DVD converter. WOW! My PSP Media manager takes over 2 hours to convert a DVD to the MPEG-4 format. But your DVD converter does it in 15 minutes or better. I can’t say enough about these programs. And the best part is they produce beautiful DVD copies. You guys have the best software hands down!!! If you need a spokesperson or sales person sign me up!!!

I have been looking around now for about 2 months, trying to find a piece of software, that would convert DVDs to .avi, or .divx. I FINALLY decided on yours, it is BY FAR, the FASTEST converter that I have tested, and I have tested. I have tested JUST about every other converter that had made something of a name for itself. It was taking me approx. one hour to one and a half hours to convert 1 DVD to .divx using DivX Creator 7 Pro. After using yours the FIRST time, it took but 15 min. I KNEW It had botched the conversion, so, I checked it by watching it the whole way through, and NO, it had NOT botched it, it had made a PERFECT copy. Great video, and great audio. And so YOU got the buy. And, ALL my conversions have taken no MORE than 20 min. using only 1 core, and a Nvidia GTX260 video card. I do NOT know WHY it is so fast, and DON'T care, I simply care that it IS. It is the BEST performance per dollar I have EVER spent on a piece of software. Kudos to you and your ability to hire the RIGHT people.

Thought you might like to know ...I am a Mac user and there really isn't good DVD decoder/copy software out there for us - the best is probably Mac the Ripper but it is outdated as well as the others. Using Bootcamp on my iMac (Intel processor) and running Windows XP, 1Click DVD Copy Pro runs great. I am just using the trial version now but plan on purchasing it in the next couple of days. It is idiot-proof (you click one button! DOH !) It uses fewer resources than any other copy/burner utility. others demand 100% and the discs come out of the computer after the task is completed actually more than warm to the touch ! While downloading a newer copy of DVD Copy PRO from your website, I saw the ad for 1 Click DVD Converter. I took a chance and bought it. It works perfectly and exactly as advertised. It also works dramatically faster during the conversion than the other product. I am now considering buying 1 Click DVD Movie to make it easier to create home DVD’s…most software for this is far too complicated and ends up causing a problem during the burn process, only after all the time spent creating it. Please keep up the good work! The more software created keeping the end user in mind, is a win for everyone…at least for me. Thank you for creating some extremely user friendly software…it works perfectly with my LG external DVD ROM/Lightscribe drive.

I must confess, I have three other DVD Copying Programs besides 1Click DVD Copy Pro (I won't mention their names) and to tell the truth none of them comes close to 1Click DVD Copy Pro. So, if you can forgive me for the other programs, yours is the ONLY ONE that performs exactly to my needs and specifications. So thank you - that's why I was WILLING to PAY to extend my updates and support (the others offer unlimited support beyond one year but once again the programs are limited in their performance). This program is awesome! As a cautious person concerned about downloading “free” DVD burning software I did a bit of a surf around before deciding to stick with 1Click DVD Copy, and chose the “Pro” version.
First time I tried to run it, I had a minor issue – I didn’t realise I would also need de-encryption software. The free download recommended by 1Click is not compatible with the 64 bit version of Vista that I run. Concerned, I emailed the support department, and heard back with a suggestion within a couple of hours, and a reminder that any further queries were not a problem – just email and ask.
I’m extremely happy with not just the ease of use of 1Click DVD Copy Pro, but also with the excellent after sales support. For those who think “why pay for something when there are so many similar programs available as freeware” – trust me. I’d gladly pay again. The program is simple to use, comprehensive in what you can choose to burn from the source disk, and automatic online updates are recommended should I choose to install them. I’d rather have the option of virus/spyware free downloadables with after sales support any day. It really takes just “one click.”

I wanted to comment on your information about the scratches on the DVD’s one thing I noticed and I do love about 1Click DVD Copy Pro is that I had a disk and it’s the one at the bottom that took first 9hours+ and then 2hours+. Now this disk was a copy of a movie and at first it worked fine in my TV DVD Player some how it got a huge scratch and wouldn’t play after like the 4th Chapter it would stick on the 4th chapter and just stay there and play no more. I was sooooo amazed when I put it in the burner and tried to copy with 1Click Pro I let it go thru the whole process it took forever but when it finished I played the new copy on my TV again and it worked but would skip a cpl of times. So I put it back in the burner and did another copy with 1Click Pro that time it only took 2hours but when I played it again on my TV it was remarkable I mean you would never even know it had problems or a scratch on it. 1Click Pro fixed the disk and it wouldn’t even play at first.

Can't praise you enough -what might be simple to you - is certainly frightening to PC dummies like me.
Just have to praise the way you handled the DMA problems. The 1Click DVD Copy gives first class copies but my setting made the programme run so slow -now everything is first class. The solution lay in deleting the secondary channel.
Can not thank you enough for the support -tell the boss to treat you to drink for a satisfied customer who will be informing is colleagues friends and family about his experiences.

I bought and downloaded this product not knowing JACK about computers or copying DVD’s. It downloaded perfectly and was ready to use. I mean come on… It says, “Hey Dude, put your DVD in” and did everything. Next, “Hey Dude, put a blank disc in” and did everything. I can say that this is probably been the most painless software purchase I have made. The quality of the DVD movies I have burned are awesome. With my new computer and your software, I am burning movies in 15 minutes. I know the software will allow me to do a lot more, however, that is not why I bought your product. It said 1 Click Dude and it is everything as advertised. Great job and knowing you back it up is even better.

I’ve yet to find a DVD I could not burn eventually as the updates definitely keep up with the changing schemes. If I can’t burn a new scheme I just wait for the next update and Walla!!!! 1clickdvdcopy comes thru. I can’t imagine using another program.

I just wanted you to know that the latest development of LG is a super program. I look at the facts and many of the comments of other users and I don't know how for the life of me they get into such problems. I have had none other than after I formatted my hard drive and re-installed it but that was for licensing not a problem with the program. It is super; I couldn't say it any better other than to say that it is vastly improved over the first earlier versions I have used. I still have DVDXCopy Platinum but sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't function properly so I am deleting it. I just downloaded the small update and again the programs functions beautifully with no problems at all. Just wanted to let you know.

This is probably the wrong place to send this, but I just wanted to say that your software is GREAT!! Our hard drive crashed a while back and we lost everything, including my DVD XCopy Platinum. Unfortunately for me, after their lawsuit I was not able to reload my software and there was zero support. I did a lot of research on new software and decided to give yours a try. I have to admit, I was concerned a bit about having to download the separate decrypter, but it was a simple and painless process. I went ahead and did your free trial and was thrilled with how easy, fast and great the copies come out. I immediately purchased the full version the very next day. My kids are ALWAYS taking our DVD's over to their friend's for sleepovers and such....this will save our library tremendously!! Thanks!!

I tried the 1ClickDVDCopy trial to both copy an image to my harddrive as well as make an actual copy of a DVD movie, and I am very impressed! The software could not be any easier to use (TRULY a 1 click copy!), and by using the DVD43 software, all things copied perfectly. I just bought the full version, and I am very satisfied. No other product on the market gives the user the options that this product does, with a nice interface like that. I thought you might like to know. I recently purchased DVD-CLONER III and attempted to copy "STAR WARS III (Revenge of the Sith)". It failed badly. I even downloaded DVD43 to try and help it work. It would not play on my DVD player hooked to my TV. It would play somewhat on POWERDVD on my computer. I tried contacting them for help, but they just beat around the bush telling me that it was possible the DVD I was using was to blame. I got disgusted and bought your product "1 CLICK DVD COPY". Guess What???? It works GREAT. I guess next time I will research better before I buy. Thank you very much for a very professional program.

1ClickDVDCopy has saved me hundreds of dollars in backing-up my DVD library. I have four daughters who like to take their favorite movies on the road when we travel. We use to take the original DVDs with us and they most certainly would become scratched, stepped on or lost in the van. Now, we just make a back-up of the movies and leave the originals at home! While I truly do like the "simplicity itself" style interface of the software (puts you well ahead of the competition), the actual reason that I purchased the software was because of the video compression engine -- it is just really excellent. To date, I've managed to compress about 8G onto a single DVD5 with no noticeable loss of video quality. At higher levels (say, 9G) I do notice some degradation --- but no one else seems to. But then, I've become something of a 'video snob' as of late. Again, your tech support really needs to be commended (come on, an email support reply within 12hrs is practically unheard of); and the R&D guys really deserve some praise -- for the great video compression engine, as well as the "simplicity itself" no-nonsense interface. Guys, this really is a great product -- you can all hold your heads up high on this one.... Thanks. I've rarely said this, but in this case it's true: It is a pleasure to purchase your software.

I purchase 1Click DVD copy on Mon, 22 Aug 2005 22:38:06 -0400 and discover that very review I read stands to be 100% correct it is the best software in the market. The installation is very simple and the registration process is very quick and straight forward. Once I downloaded and register it the program I was able to copy DVD without any issues. The software does all the thinking I just do the clicking and bang instant copy. The burning process is so quick and easy. I highly recommend this software it worth every penny. So far I copied over 30 DVD and have not wasted one blank. Just wanted to say thanks, keep up the good work. So far three of my friends purchase the software and they can't stop thanking me.
