Hi everybody,<\/P>

there are some questions here, which are the same, but non of them help me to resolve my problem.<\/P>
So I started this new thread.<\/P>
<\/P>
I have a vaild CS4 Design Standard license which is registered online.<\/P>
This worked on my old Windows 7 like a charm.<\/P>
Now i´ve reinstalled Windows 7 and I´m not able to activate this serial number.<\/P>
I opened a case and the support told me that this Serial is valid and open for registration.<\/P>
However it wont work, the support couldn´t help me at all, as everything she said was \"you are using an incompatible System and we don't support this.\"<\/P>
I tried both ways:<\/P>
1:starting the Installer, enter the key ->invalid, it does not even try to check it online (at least i think so)<\/P>
2: Installed the Trial which worked (even if i have a non support system, strange....) -> Enter the License key directly in Photoshop or InDesign->still invalid.<\/P>
<\/P>
I double checked that my license is for Windows and it is German and my download is for this language, but cant find any issue.<\/P>
I even tried to download CS4 Design Premium, and In Design as single download, just to try if the key is for another Version, but it wont work.<\/P>

Any help would be much appreciated.<\/P>

I have purchased CS6 Master Collection in 2017. I have registered it with Adobe, all good.
My computer needed fixing, so everything was wiped, we started from scratch. We downloaded the package from Adobe but the registered key is not working anymore. It says it's been revoked, I should contact Customer support.
Customer support was very helpful guiding me through every step, just to download the same thing again and to use the same serial key. <\/P>
Not being an expert I thought they've fixed the key somehow, that's why we're trying again (although first I thought I'm gonna get a new key, but what do I know?!) so I just entered the same key again, and it still doesn't work.
Can someone advice me what can be done now? Who should I contact to fix this?
I really think that if I purchase a product THAT expensive, it shouldn't just stop working. It's Adobe's responsibility to find out what went wrong, I'm not a technical person, but I am a customer, and a graphic designer, so I really need my working gear back on track asap! <\/P><\/BODY><\/HTML>
