For each user/email, the following information is displayed: The number of outgoing messages that you sent to the user (separated by to/cc/bcc), the number of incoming message that the user sent to you, the total size of messages sent by the user, the email client software used by this user, and the time range that you send/received emails with the specified user.

OutlookAddressBookView v2.22 OutlookAddressBookView is a simple utility that displays the details of all recipients stored in the address books of Microsoft Outlook. For every recipient entry, the following information is displayed: Email Address, Display Name, Address Type (MS-Exchange or SMTP), Street Address, Phone Number, Created Time, Modified Time (Works only with address books of Exchange server), and more... You can easily select one or more recipients from the list and export them into tab-delimited/comma-delimited/xml/html file, or copy them to the clipboard and then paste the list into Excel.

OfficeIns v1.20 - Microsoft Office Add-Ins Manager OfficeIns is a small utility that displays the details of all installed Microsoft Office add-ins on your computer, and allows you to disable/enable them.

DLL Export Viewer v1.66 This utility displays the list of all exported functions and their virtual memory addresses for the specified DLL files. You can easily copy the memory address of the desired function, paste it into your debugger, and set a breakpoint for this memory address. When this function is called, the debugger will stop in the beginning of this function.

GDIView v1.26 GDIView is a unique tool that displays the list of GDI handles (brushes, pens, fonts, bitmaps, and others) allocated by every process. It displays the total count for each type of GDI handle, as well as detailed information about each handle. This tool can be useful for developers that need to trace GDI resources leak in their software.

HeapMemView v1.05 HeapMemView is a small utility that allows you to view the content of all memory blocks allocated in the heap of the process that you select. This tool can be useful for developers that need to trace memory leaks in their software.

DeviceIOView v1.06 DeviceIOView allows you to watch the data transfer between a software or service and a device driver (DeviceIoControl calls). For each call to a device driver, the following information is displayed: Handle, Control Code, number of input bytes, number of output bytes, the name of the device handle, and all the input/output bytes, displayed as Hex dump.

SimpleProgramDebugger v1.10 SimpleProgramDebugger is a simple debugging tool that attaches to existing running program or starts a new program in debugging mode, and then displays all major debugging events occurs while the program is running, including Exception, Create Thread, Create Process, Exit Thread, Exit Process, Load DLL, Unload Dll, and Debug String. After the debugging events are accumulated, you can easily export them into comma-delimited/tab-delimited/xml/html file or copy them to the clipboard and then paste them into Excel or any other spreadsheet application.

SearchMyFiles v3.10 SearchMyFiles is an alternative to the standard "Search For Files And Folders" module of Windows. It allows you to easily search files in your system by wildcard, by last modified/created/last accessed time, by file attributes, by file content (text or binary search), and by the file size. SearchMyFiles allows you to make a very accurate search that cannot be done with Windows search. For Example: You can search all files created in the last 10 minutes with size between 500 and 700 bytes. After you made a search, you can select one or more files, and save the list into text/html/csv/xml file, or copy the list to the clipboard.

DriveLetterView v1.50 DriveLetterView is a simple utility that allows you to view the list of all drive letter assignments in your system, including local drives, remote network drives, CD/DVD drives, and USB drives - even if they are not currently plugged. It also allows you to easily change a drive letter of USB devices and remote network shares, as well as to delete a drive letter of USB device that is not plugged. You can also use DriveLetterView to export the list of all drives into text/csv/html/xml file.

DiskCountersView v1.27 DiskCountersView displays the system counters of each disk drive in your system, including the total number of read/write operations and the total number of read/write bytes. It also displays general drive information, like disk name, partition number, partition location, and so on.

AppReadWriteCounter v1.30 AppReadWriteCounter is a tool for Windows that counts and displays the current file read/write operations of every application running on your system. It displays the number of read/write bytes, the number of read/write operations, current calculated read/write speed, and the details about the application (product name, product version, and so on) that makes the file read/write operations.

FileActivityWatch v1.60 FileActivityWatch is a tool for Windows that displays information about every read/write/delete operation of files occurs on your system. For every file, FileActivityWatch displays the number of read/write bytes, number of read/write/delete operations, first and last read/write timestamp, and the name/ID of the process responsible for the file operation.

FileAccessErrorView v1.22 FileAccessErrorView is a diagnostic tool for Windows that displays information about errors occur while programs running on your system try to open/read/write/delete a file. FileAccessErrorView displays the filename that the application tried to open/read/write/delete, the process id/name of the application, the error code (NTSTATUS code), the description of the error code, the number of times that this error occurred, and the timestamp of this error.

DiskSmartView v1.21 DiskSmartView is a small utility that retrieves the S.M.A.R.T information (S.M.A.R.T = Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology) from IDE disks. This information includes the disk model/firmware/serial number, cylinders/heads, power-on hours (POH), internal temperature, disk errors rate, and more. You can use the S.M.A.R.T information retrieved by DiskSmartView to find out whether there is any significant problem in your disk drive.

AlternateStreamView v1.56 AlternateStreamView is a small utility that allows you to scan your NTFS drive, and find all hidden alternate streams stored in the file system. After scanning and finding the alternate streams, you can extract these streams into the specified folder, delete unwanted streams, or save the streams list into text/html/csv/xml file.

AltStreamDump v1.05 AltStreamDump is a console application (Command Prompt) that dumps the list of NTFS alternate streams found in the current directory. By using a few command-line options, you can also instruct AltStreamDump to displays the alternate streams list of other folders and to scan subfolders in the desired folder depth

NTFSLinksView v1.32 Starting from Windows Vista, Microsoft uses symbolic links and junction points of NTFS file system in order to make changes in the folders structure of Windows and keep the compatibility of applications written for older versions of Windows. This utility simply shows you to list of all symbolic links and junctions in the specified folder, and their target paths.

FoldersReport v1.21 The FoldersReport utility scans a drive or a base folder that you select, and displays essential information for each folder that it finds: The size of all files inside the folder, The real files size on the disk, number of files inside the folder, number of hidden files, number of compressed files, and number of subfolders. You can use this utility to easily find out which folders use the most space in your drive. You can scan the folders of your local drives, CD-ROM drives, and network resources on a remote computer.

WinUpdatesView v1.13 - Windows Updates History Viewer WinUpdatesView is a simple tool that displays the history of Windows updates on your system. WinUpdatesView can load the Windows updates history from your local system, using API, and it can also read and parse the Windows updates database file (DataStore.edb) from external drive or from remote computer on your network. For every Windows update history record, WinUpdatesView displays the following fields: Title, Description, Install Date, Update Operation (Install, Uninstall, Not Started, In Progress), Operation Result (Succeeded, Succeeded With Errors, Failed, Aborted), Category, Information URL, Support URL, Uninstall Notes, Client Application ID, Service ID, Update ID, Revision Number, Unmapped Result Code, Server Selection, hResult

MultiMonitorTool v1.96 MultiMonitorTool is a small tool that allows you to do some actions related to working with multiple monitors. With MultiMonitorTool, you can disable/enable monitors, set the primary monitor, save and load the configuration of all monitors, and move windows from one monitor to another. You can do these actions from the user interface or from command-line, without displaying user interface. MultiMonitorTool also provides a preview window, which allows you to watch a preview of every monitor on your system.

ControlMyMonitor v1.26 ControlMyMonitor allows you view and modify the settings of your monitor (Also known as 'VCP Features'), like brightness, contrast, sharpness, red/green/blue color balance, and more... You can modify the monitor settings from the GUI and from command-line. You can also export all settings of your monitor into a configuration file and then later load the same configuration back into your monitor.

PropertySystemView v1.13 PropertySystemView is a tool that allows you view and modify the properties of file from GUI and command-line, using the property system of Windows operating system. For example, you can change the 'Media Created' timestamp stored in .mp4 files (System.Media.DateEncoded) as well as other metadata stored in media files and office documents, like Title, Comments, Authors, Tags, Date Acquired, Last Saved Date, Content Created Date, Date Imported, Date Taken (EXIF of .jpg files), and more... PropertySystemView also allows you to set properties of Windows. For example, you can set the System.AppUserModel.ID property of a window in order to disable the taskbar grouping of the specified window.

BlueScreenView v1.55 BlueScreenView scans all your minidump files created during 'blue screen of death' crashes, and displays the information about all crashes in one table. For each crash, BlueScreenView displays the minidump filename, the date/time of the crash, the basic crash information displayed in the blue screen (Bug Check Code and 4 parameters), and the details of the driver or module that possibly caused the crash (filename, product name, file description, and file version). For each crash displayed in the upper pane, you can view the details of the device drivers loaded during the crash in the lower pane. BlueScreenView also mark the drivers that their addresses found in the crash stack, so you can easily locate the suspected drivers that possibly caused the crash.

USBDeview v3.01 USBDeview is a small utility that lists all USB devices that currently connected to your computer, as well as all USB devices that you previously used. For each USB device, extended information is displayed: Device name/description, device type, serial number (for mass storage devices), the date/time that device was added, VendorID, ProductID, and more... USBDeview also allows you to uninstall USB devices that you previously used, and disconnect USB devices that are currently connected to your computer. You can also use USBDeview on a remote computer, as long as you login to that computer with admin user.

USBLogView v1.26 USBLogView is a small utility that runs in the background and records the details of any USB device that is plugged or unplugged into your system. For every log line created by USBLogView, the following information is displayed: Event Type (Plug/Unplug), Event Time, Device Name, Description, Device Type, Drive Letter (For storage devices), Serial Number (Only for some types of devices), Vendor ID, Product ID, Vendor Name, Product Name, and more... You can easily select one or more log records and then export them into csv/tab-delimited/xml/html file.

UninstallView v1.38 UninstallView is a tool for Windows that collects information about all programs installed on your system and displays the details of the installed programs in one table. You can use it to get installed programs information for your local system, for remote computer on your network, and for external hard-drive plugged to your computer. It also allows you to easily uninstall a software on your local computer and remote computer (Including quiet uninstall if the installer supports it).

InstalledAppView v1.01 InstalledAppView is a tool for Windows 10 that displays the details of Windows 10 apps installed on your system. For every Windows app, the following information is displayed: App Name, App Version, Registry Name, Registry Modified Time, Install Folder, Install Folder Owner, Uninstall Command, and more... InstalledAppView allows you to load the Windows 10 apps list from your local system, remote computer on your network and from external disk plugged to your computer. Worry-Free Business Security Services includes the following new features and enhancements:

Active Directory Integration

In addition to manual synchronization, it is now possible to automatically synchronize Worry-Free Business Security Services with Active Directory every 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours using the Trend Micro Common Active Directory Synchronization Tool included with Worry-Free Business Security Services.

Application Control Enhancements

In addition to manually blocking applications based on file and folder paths, it is now possible to block applications by category, vendor, or application name. Worry-Free Business Security Services leverages the Trend Micro Certified Safe Software List to provide this enhanced application control functionality.

Log Forwarder API

Worry-Free Business Security Services allows logs to be exported to syslog format using the Log Forwarder Application Programming Interface (API). Customers can then further analyze or archive the exported data in their syslog management tool.

Full Disk Encryption Enhancements

• BitLocker recovery keys: In the event that a user forgets the BitLocker password and the endpoint is locked, administrators can obtain the BitLocker recovery key from the Worry-Free Business Security Services web console. This feature can also be password protected to restrict this functionality to a specific account within the Worry-Free Business Security Services web console.
• Platform support: Worry-Free Business Security Services supports managing BitLocker full disk encryption on endpoints running Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2, and Windows Server 2016.
• System partition format support: Worry-Free Business Security Services supports managing BitLocker full disk encryption on endpoints using Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) mode.

Security Risk Detection Enhancements

• Enhanced protection from ransomware on cloud file sync and share drives: Ransomware and other threats detected on file sync and share drives like Microsoft OneDrive and Box will now be remediated properly in the cloud drive and will no longer continually resynchronize.
• Rapid proliferation: Worry-Free Business Security Services enhances the Behavior Monitoring and Predictive Machine Learning features to better detect and prevent ransomware infections from files, and improves the protection against ransomware threats during outbreak situations.

Web Console Known Issues

1. For users who also purchased Hosted Email Security or Cloud App Security, the Ransomware Summary widget may not display after upgrading to Worry-Free Business Security Services 6.0.

   Workaround: Sign into the Customer License Portal and open the Hosted Email Security or Cloud App Security web console to synchronize the license status.

2. When the following conditions apply, newly encountered programs downloaded from the web are logged as "email client" in the Source field.

   • The end user's file system is in FAT32 format.

   • The notification setting for newly encountered programs is enabled in Administration > Global Settings in the Worry-Free Business Security Services web console.

3. After Windows 10 users uninstall the Security Agent, Windows Defender does not turn on automatically.

4. When users try to edit the label name of a selected device in Internet Explorer 10, Internet Explorer 11, or Firefox, the cursor position cannot be controlled by mouse clicks. Users have to use their keyboard to move the cursor position.

   Workaround: Select the "Label" column directly to edit the label name; do not select the device check box.

5. If users click the web console URL in an email notification without signing into the web console first, users are redirected to the Sign In screen. After signing in, users have to click the web console URL in the email notification again to be redirected to the log events screen.

6. If users sign into the web console using Account A and then click the web console URL in an email notification configured in Account B, Worry-Free Business Security Services automatically signs out Account A. To view the log events, sign in using Account B and then click the web console URL in the email notification again.

7. Unknown processes originated from the web, USB, and email channels are displayed as "Local or network drive" in the Infection Channel column of Predictive Machine Learning logs.

8. Worry-Free Business Security Services cannot block some applications if users execute the applications using "Run as administrator".

9. Issue: Once the Worry-Free Business Security Services license has expired, BitLocker automatically triggers the decryption process on managed endpoints. If the endpoints happen to be in Suspended or Locked status, BitLocker cannot decrypt the endpoints.

   Workaround: Resume BitLocker protection or unlock the endpoint, and then uninstall the Security Agent to trigger the decryption process again.

10. Log query results might have issues displaying double-byte characters in the "User" and "Domain" columns.

11. The "JavaScript Required" screen cannot display in Google Chrome. Users must click the Submit button on the screen to see the content.

12. Some features of the Worry-Free Business Security Services web console do not work when viewed from an Internet Explorer browser in Compatibility Mode.

13. The Devices screen cannot display the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth MAC addresses of Android 7.0 devices.

14. When the Devices screen displays a certain number of devices in Chrome or Firefox, the device check box, Label, and Name columns might shift slightly.

15. When a synchronization issue occurs in one of the Active Directory domains, synchronization with other domains also stops. Synchronization resumes once the issue is resolved.

16. After uninstalling the Common Active Directory Synchronization Tool, the file containing the Active Directory settings still exists on the endpoint.

Windows Security Agent Known Issues

Security Agent Deployment and Upgrade

1. When the following conditions apply, the proxy server information needs to be added to the firewall exception list in the Worry-Free Business Security Services web console.

   • Endpoints are installed on Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, or later and use a proxy server.

   • The firewall security level is set to High in the advanced mode in the Worry-Free Business Security Services web console.

2. The WFBS-SVC_Downloader.exe file can only be run on the endpoint on which the user downloads the file. If a user copies the file to another endpoint and runs the file there, an error occurs.

3. Endpoints may lose network connection temporarily during installation.

4. Users cannot deploy the Security Agent program when Internet Explorer 10 or later is running in Metro mode on Windows 8 or later.

5. Security Agents running on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 endpoints will be uninstalled when users upgrade an endpoint to Windows 10. Users must upgrade Security Agents to Worry-Free Business Security Services 5.7 Service Pack 1 before upgrading to Windows 10. After Windows 10 is successfully installed, a toast notification will appear to initiate the Security Agent reinstallation on the new operating system.

6. The email installation link does not work properly when users try to re-activate the Security Agent using Microsoft Edge. However, Microsoft intends to resolve this issue in a later release.

7. After users install the Security Agent and then open Firefox, sometimes the Firefox extension installation process does not start. Users need to manually enable the extension in Add-ons Manager.

8. Issue: When users try to download and install the Security Agent through Microsoft Edge on endpoints with the Windows 10 Creators Update installed, an error occurs during the process.

   Workaround: Use another supported browser to install the Security Agent.

Security Agent

1. If the Security Agent is enabled and a malware program resides in the Security Agent folder before Real-time Scan starts, the Security Agent cannot restrict that malware from updating the registry.

2. On Windows 10 endpoints, Worry-Free Business Security Services alerts may be hidden behind the Microsoft Edge browser window. Users must check for any unauthorized event or threat alerts that may appear.

3. If the Security Agent is installed on a Windows endpoint running Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit (EMET), there might be some performance and conflict issues. Trend Micro recommends not installing the Security Agent and Microsoft EMET on the same endpoint.

4. Issue: If users have installed Windows Update KB3076895 (MS15-084), the Msxml6.dll 6.20.5008.0 file included in the update might cause issues in the TmListen.exe service and policy setting deployments.

   Workaround: Install Windows Update KB3092627 or later to update the Msxml6.dll file.

5. The Security Agent does not support IPv6.

6. When multiple logon sessions exist on an endpoint, some agent process files might crash after an agent upgrade. Users might need to manually start the Security Agent.

Firewall

1. During Security Agent installation or firewall driver uninstallation, the endpoint may temporarily lose its network connection. Some applications, such as Secure Shell (SSH), Terminal Services Client, or Remote Desktop could be affected by the disconnection. If the network connection is lost, restart the application after installing the Security Agent or after disabling the firewall.

2. The Security Agent firewall may conflict with other firewall applications. Trend Micro recommends uninstalling or disabling other firewall applications.

3. On VMware clients, the Security Agent firewall may block all incoming packets.

   To address this issue, add the following value to the VMware client registry:

   • Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\PC-cillinNTCorp\CurrentVersion\PFW

   • Name: EnableBypassRule

   • Type: REG_DWORD

   • Data: 1

Web Reputation and URL Filtering

1. When running Internet Explorer 9 or later with Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration, the Web Reputation plug-in module (TmIEPlugInBHO Class) cannot be automatically applied. Risky URLs using SSL cannot be blocked.

2. Web Reputation Services and URL Filtering are not supported when Internet Explorer 10 or later is running in Metro mode on Windows 8 or later.

3. Issue: If users open Chrome before the Security Agent has fully started, Web Reputation Services and URL Filtering cannot block HTTPS websites.

   Workaround: Restart Chrome to resolve the issue.

4. On endpoints running Windows 10 Creators Update, Web Reputation Services and URL Filtering currently cannot block HTTPS websites in Microsoft Edge.

5. The HTTPS Web Threat Protection and URL Filtering features do not support checking websites that use HTTP/2 protocol.

6. HTTPS Web Threat Protection does not support Mac Security Agents.

Windows Small Business Server Dashboard Add-In Tool

1. When Internet Explorer 9 is installed under Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials, a popup window concerning unused windows appears when closing the Dashboard console.

2. Dashboard Add-in is not compatible with Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration. Ensure this option is disabled before opening the Dashboard.

Login Script Setup Tool

1. Endpoints installed on Windows Vista or later and have User Account Control (UAC) enabled cannot run automatic installation.

Device Control

1. Multiple log entries appear when a user tries to access or copy files to a USB device. Device Control detects each instance as a single policy violation but includes multiple entries in the logs to differentiate the OS versions.

2. Device Control supports all 32-bit operating systems and only the following 64-bit platforms: Windows Vista SP1 x64 and later.

Application Control

1. When users block an application that consists of .dll files only, Worry-Free Business Security Services will not block the application. Blocking the .dll files might also block other applications that run the same .dll files.

2. When using HTML tags that might be exploited by Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks to search in the Certified Safe Software List, the search function ignores the tags to prevent script injections.

3. When multiple logon sessions exist on an endpoint, the Application Control feature will increase CPU usage for a while.

Full Disk Encryption

1. BitLocker cannot encrypt endpoints that run multiple operating systems when users install Windows 7 first and then install Windows 10. In this scenario, the default system partition size on both operating systems will be 100 MB, but BitLocker requires at least 350 MB of system partition size on Windows 10.

Mac Security Agent Known Issues

1. The Security Agent does not support root accounts.

2. When the operating system is upgraded to Mac OS X 10.8, the Security Agent program cannot start. The Security Agent requires Java and the upgrade to Mac OS X 10.8 automatically removes Java. To resolve this issue, install the latest version of Java and then restart the Mac.

3. When installing the Security Agent on a Mac running on Mac OS X 10.6.7 or earlier, the installation process may be unsuccessful. To resolve this issue, upgrade to Mac OS X 10.6.8, and then download and install the following Apple update:

Android Security Agent Known Issues

1. When Worry-Free Business Security Services is installed on a device running Android 2.x, the system proxy is not updated as this version of the operating system does not support system proxies. This could also prevent the device from connecting to the server to receive updates.

2. Worry-Free Business Security Services cannot be installed on rooted Android devices.

3. On an Android device, if the user goes to Settings > Apps > Worry-Free Security > Storage and taps CLEAR CACHE, the Security Agent might not be able to connect to the server to receive updates. The user would need to re-enroll the device.

4. If other installed apps interfere with the device's network connection, the Security Agent might not be able to connect to the server to receive updates.

5. When using the "Remote Locate" feature to find a mobile device, the language code (for example: en, jp, fr) that displays in the browser for the embedded Google Maps may not be the same as the language used by the web console.

6. Worry-Free Business Security Services uses Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) for Android mobile device management commands. Commands sent to Android devices can take some time to be received, or the commands may be unsuccessful.

7. If multiple device administrators manage a single Android device, some commands may not be successful (for example: reset password). Worry-Free Business Security Services uses the Android Device Administrator for mobile device management commands. When more than one Device Administrator exists for the same Android device, the stricter policy on the device has priority. For example, if two apps both require users to follow a password policy, only the stricter policy is applied.

8. For Android devices that contain multiple user profiles, the Security Agent can only be installed in the owner's profile. An error occurs when users try to install the Security Agent in other user profiles.

9. For Android 7.0 devices that already use a password to unlock the device screen, an error occurs when users try to send the Reset Password command to these devices from the Worry-Free Security Services web console.

iOS Security Profile Known Issues

1. Worry-Free Business Security Services uses the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) for iOS mobile device management commands. Commands sent to iOS devices can take some time to be received, or the commands may be unsuccessful.

2. If the Private Browsing feature in Safari is enabled (https://support.apple.com/en-ph/HT203036), iOS devices may not successfully complete device enrollment.
