I try to install my Photoshop element 10 on my new computer running Windows 10.

I try to install my Photoshop element 10 on my new computer running Windows 10. It loads everything up to 10 Organizer and at this point, I get a message "roll back the installation of elements of taking Organizer after any installation it is said that assistant interrupted before completely installed Shared Technologies could not be installed.

Serial numbers are only for a specific version... you can use the number 14 of your version to install version 10

I installed Adobe Photoshop elements 11 in my computer before. Right now I'm not using this computer more and want to re - install the software on a new computer. I always code redemption but when I entered, the software says that it was bought by another before ID. Can please give me the download link or that is how I can re - install you the software on the new computer? Thank you.

The serial number that you received the first time you used the redemption code is what you need to fill it.  If you have not kept a record of it, then you might be able to find it in your account Adobe online if you have registered the software.  If this isn't the case, I don't know what can be done since you did probably not buy it through Adobe, and they will not any form of proof of purchase.

"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.

first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.

to find the OOBE:

Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps

Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB

If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.

If you use an installation dvd:

Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.

If you are using a mac:

1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.

2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the

3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.

4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.

5 restart the installation.

I got a new computer because my only old is dying, so I installed my old Photoshop elements 14.  He asked for my serial number, I entered the DVD cover.  Photoshop says its incorrect serial number.  But I checked that I typed this is quite accurate.  What is going on?

Installation of Photoshop Elements 9/10 on new computer

I try to install Photoshop Elements on a new desktop computer with an operating system of Windows 8.1.  Previously, I bought Photoshop Elements 9 and later put on level to Photoshop Elements 10.

When I try to install from this download page products download Photoshop Elements: 9, 8, 7 and introduce my serial number, I said that the serial number is not valid.  Of course, I checked the numbers, but it is the same as that indicated on my order history.  Then I tried to download it directly from my command history page and a 413 error code appears.

Can anyone offer assistance on how to download this?

Oh, and if I don't get to the point where I can download, download v9 first, then v10 upgrade?

Simply download the installer of PES 10.

at the beginning of the installation, you will be asked PES 10 serial number.  When the installation program detects no PES 9 installed, you will be asked the pse serial number 9.

Enter the correct number at the right time.

If you see an incorrect serial number message, error "serial number is not valid for this product". Creative Suite
