The following article shows you how to download and install the Adobe software purchased with your Dell system.

How do I get the product key for my software?

Your adobe product key will be available through the Dell Digital Delivery software. Dell Digital Delivery is pre-installed at the factory on your Dell computer

How to install Adobe software on my Dell computer?

1. Open Dell Digital Delivery on your Dell computer

2. Your Adobe software will be displayed along with all your other available software

3. Click Redeem on your Adobe software and then click on Copy License Key

4. Go to https://creative.adobe.com/redeem/acrobat

   • If you already have an Adobe ID sign in to continue

   • If you don't have an Adobe ID click Get an Adobe ID to create a new Adobe ID. For help creating an Adobe ID, you can read Create or update your Adobe ID

5. Once you have logged in, enter the code you copied from Dell Digital Delivery and click Redeem

6. Click Get Started

7. The setup will indicate that a verification e-mail has been sent to the e-mail you used for your Adobe ID.

8. Open your e-mail and open the e-mail verification message

9. Click on the link for e-mail verification

10. Go back to the Adobe setup and click Check again and continue

Once the redemption process is complete you will be signed with your Adobe ID, you will see a list of the software that can be downloaded.
