New-Windows is not uprading Windows 10? Then go to command prompt and execute fwuauclt.exe/ updatenow. Don’t forget to delete files from C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download” (C is the drive letter where windows is installed. May vary for you). After you are done, go to Windows update center and click on Check for Updates. It should start downloading files
