La Grande Motte ligger i regionen Languedoc-Roussillon i södra Frankrike, på gränsen till Provence. Närmaste stora stad är Montpellier, dit vi flög med Air France. Mellan vårt hotell & La Grande Motte var det bara en liten bro - Pont du Vidourle. Varje kväll gick vi från oss & utmed strandpromenaden till alla restauranger som ligger intill stranden. Härligt att alltid ha en beachview när man äter middag! Flera av mornarnas powerwalks gick även åt detta håll & runt omkring i staden.

Hotellet till vänster påminner mycket om segelhotellet Burg Al Arab i Dubai.


Alla byggnader i La Grande Motte var av samma arkitektur.


Kvällsljuset drar in över marinan.


Det blev inga solnedgångar vid havshorisonten. Dock fick vi se flera vackra vid marinan.
